Oasis on the Patio: Serenity and Sound Retreat
This is a 3-hour wellness retreat with an hour slow flow yoga class focusing on breath awareness with Sheeva, CYT200, a healing guided meditation & group vibrational sound therapy session with owner, massage therapist, wellness coach, and vibrational sound therapist, Niashani Washington, and live Handpan music from The Handpan Wizard, Jimmy Fisher to end the night.
