Oasis on the Patio: Serenity and Sound Retreat with NIA Wellness Oasis

Relax and unwind as the sun goes down under the open sky on our private patio at 1708 Dodge Ave. Evanston, IL. This is a 3-hour wellness retreat with an hour slow flow yoga class focusing on breath awareness with Sheeva, CYT200, a healing guided meditation & group vibrational sound therapy session with owner, massage therapist, wellness coach, and vibrational sound therapist, Niashani Washington, and live Handpan music from The Handpan Wizard, Jimmy Fisher to end the night.

Schedule:
4:30 - 5:00 pm | Check-in, Welcome & goodie bags
5:15 - 6:15 pm | Restorative yoga
6:15-7:00 pm | Guided meditation & vibrational sound (on and off the body)
7:15-8:00 | Live handpan music

Cost increases to $75 on 7/6, $100 on 7/20 (day of)
Maximum Participants: 15
Free parking. Yoga mats & meditation pillows will be provided. Bring a blanket for personal comfort.
