PHASE 1: Conscious Kitchen Consultation
(60–90 min)
We walk your kitchen together, swap out inflammatory staples, and build a clean-eating blueprint made for your life.

PHASE 2: Somatic & Acoustic Healing
(90 min)
A signature bodywork session may include deep tissue, myofascial, cupping, or lymphatic drainage, closing with vibrational sound therapy to bring your nervous system fully out of fight-or-flight.
PHASE 3: The Nourished Table
Private Dinner for Up to 4. While you rest, we prepare an organic, nutrient-dense meal for you and up to 3 guests, then leave your kitchen spotless.
