A mindfulness journey of self-discovery and empowerment for women over 40 with Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach Niashani Washington.

Each weekly 75-minute session we will engage in guided meditations, group discussions, self-reflection exercises, and explore mindfulness, self-care, compassion, stress reduction, body awareness, and personal growth in a supportive virtual group setting.

COURSE OUTLINE:

Week 1: Mindfulness & Presence / Discussion: The art of slowing down and becoming present in midlife

Week 2: Compassionate Aging, Body Awareness & Self Love / Discussion: Honoring physical changes and cultivating body kindness

Week 3: Theme: Navigating Emotions Mindfully / Discussion: Hormonal shifts, mood, mindfulness and nutrition

Week 4: Authenticity, Self-Expression & Inner Wisdom/ Discussion: Finding your voice again. This session focuses on helping you connect with your true voice, especially if it’s been buried under years of caregiving, societal roles, or people-pleasing. It's about speaking your truth (internally and externally), identifying your inner needs, and feeling safe expressing them.

Week 5: Theme: Healthy Relationships & Deep Listening / Discussion: Unconditional love, caring connection, shared wisdom

Week 6: Getting C.L.E.A.R. Clearing the clutter, Listening to intuition, Managing expectations, Acknowledging limitations, Realigning after life's shifts / Discussion: Trusting your path and sustaining mindfulness
